Meet Your Trainer

Ashling O'Connor is an experienced Sales Enablement Program lead who has previously been responsible for training over 300 AEs at her prior company, Zendesk. She also led multiple career progression programs for EMEA and onboarded over 200 GTM folks with the highest-scoring onboarding programs globally. 

She has also walked the SaaS sales career path herself, getting 6 promotions within 6 years. She started off as an SDR at Dropbox before later becoming a top-performing AE, global sales trainer, certified coach and an award-winning inbound and later, outbound sales manager at Zendesk.
